Many of our engagements with clients begin when they realize that their current space is inadequate and that careful planning is required in order to accommodate growth or contraction. This is when we begin our strategic real estate planning effort. Working closely with the client we develop a comprehensive strategic real estate plan that entirely facilitates their needs. Our process focuses on the client's specific requirements and is outlined by this basic series of activities:
- Gather information about the client, its operations and workflow.
- Use data and management guidance to create a picture of the client that reflects future growth needs.
- Take this picture of the client and use it to identify alternatives.
- Evaluate the alternatives by comparing costs and benefits.
- Synthesize the analysis into a report and present findings to the client.
